The Four Seasons Resort Papagayo is a wonderful option for meetings and retreats. Located on a peninsula, it is surrounded by water and lush landscaping. The resort focuses on wellness, which is obvious through their Shalla for yoga, beautiful spa, multiple leisure activities, as well as their fresh, excellent food and beverage showcased through their four restaurants, in-room dining, and banquet f&b. It offers many unique options for events, both indoor and outdoor, as well as exciting outdoor leisure activities for guests who enjoy yoga or more active experiences.

Regent Santa Monica Beach
The Regent Santa Monica Beach brings a fresh sense of calm sophistication to the coastline. From arrival, it’s clear this isn’t your typical beachside hotel. The energy is relaxed yet refined, with bellmen in effortlessly cool uniforms, coastal-chic music, and everything is so tactile. Even the entry-level rooms feel generous and suite-like, with calming tones and ocean or pool views. The 835 Suite is a true showstopper complete with a pool table, sweeping beach views, and rich textures that balance playfulness with indulgence. Every detail feels considered, from yoga mats and bamboo-handled umbrellas to thoughtful design touches that signal quiet luxury. The Regent captures that rare balance of ease and elegance. Regent Santa Monica is luxury without attitude, design without pretense, and service that feels genuinely personal.

By winter 2026, the newly renovated lobby and Inn will bring the total room count to 151, with options ranging from cozy king rooms to suites, townhomes, and mountain homes. The 12,000 sq. ft. of meeting space includes the glass-walled Rehearsal Hall that opens to the outdoors and the versatile Redford Center with patio access. New hot springs opened in 2024, featuring a pool, hot tubs, sauna, and firepit tucked into the landscape. Year-round activities keep guests immersed in the setting, ranging from hiking Stewart Falls to zip lining, mountain biking, horseback riding, skiing, and snowboarding.

The Whitney offers a thoughtfully curated suite of meeting and event venues, from the light-filled Kenneth C. Griffin Hall with its soaring windows and 6,200 sq ft of flexible layout (ideal for receptions, seated dinners, or presentations) to more intimate settings like the Tom & Diane Tuft Trustee Room, a 1,200 sq ft space bathed in natural light, overlooking the Hudson and the High Line, perfect for meetings, small dinners, or focused gatherings of up to 90 guests seated or standing. Additional options include the Susan and John Hess Family Theater & Gallery, Studio Bar & Thomas H. Lee Family Terrace, and other galleries suitable for lectures, panels, or hybrid meeting formats.
Our Team's Take
The lobby of The Whitney Museum is large and filled with natural light with high ceilings. The venue is first and foremost a museum and that shows through the carefully curated selection of art that they choose. The space is bright and white and the Hess Family Theater has a wall of windows overlooking the Hudson. side street in Midtown West, this venue would be a great option for a dinner or reception. The venue comfortably seats 80 guests but can accommodate up to 100 if needed to maximize the space. The venue has a catalogue of projection visuals to select from, or you can create your own- the sky’s the limit!

Rosewood Baha Mar sits on Nassau’s white-sand Cable Beach, blending Bahamian style with modern comfort. The resort offers 231 guestrooms, suites, and villas, each with ocean views and contemporary tropical touches. With over 22,600 sq ft of indoor and outdoor event space across 16 venues, including a grand ballroom, boardrooms, private dining rooms and, beachside lawns, it’s designed to host both intimate gatherings and large-scale events. You still get full access to all the Baha Mar amenities, but here the vibe feels more relaxed, private, and elevated.

The Rosewood grounds are lush and beautifully kept, with quiet surroundings and spacious, comfortable rooms. Service was friendly, and the little extras stood out. Extras like welcome drinks on arrival, daily gelato by the pool, and thoughtful touches throughout. Food leaned toward standard banquet style, but with a nice Caribbean twist. Overall, it’s a refined yet relaxed spot that makes downtime feel effortless.
