1 Hotel is an international trailblazer in environmentally conscious hospitality, and the 1 Hotel London, is no exception. Opened in 2023, the nine-floor Mayfair hotel is the brand’s first UK site and promises to combine sustainability with luxury. There are 181 bedrooms and suites offering views over Green Park, plus a wellness and fitness center, lobby bar, and farm-to-table restaurant with garden seating. This hotel has five meeting rooms and a maximum capacity of 60 theatre, 150 standing by combining all five rooms.

The first property of the Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group in Greece is located on the historic Bay of Navarino on the southwest coast of the Peloponnese. The resort opened in Spring 2023, with 48 large earth-sheltered pool villas, 51 guestrooms, a large spa, and an indoor-outdoor pool. There are no meeting rooms.

City of Dreams – Mediterranean is located in Limassol, Cyprus. The hotel offers 500 rooms and suites with modern amenities. The hotel also has over 8,000 square meters of indoor and outdoor event space, with the largest room accommodating 1,500 in a theatre layout. Spaces include one ballroom, one forum, and five flexible meeting rooms, as well as outdoor sites with an incredible setting.

For the long-awaited re-opening of the old Rey Juan Carlos hotel in Barcelona, Melia Hotels have announced that they have taken over the management of this property and it will be re-launching as the Gran Melia Rey Juan Carlos Hotel in late 2023. It is adjacent to the Palacio de Congresos de Cataluna. The hotel will relaunch fully refurbished and will enhance the unity of the hotel spaces, it’s Romantic Gardens and the old Torre Melina, which will be integrated with the hotel to bring more light to its common areas. The Gran Melia Rey Juan Carlos will feature a total of 432 guest rooms (including suites); Meeting room space capacity is still to be confirmed.

The event space is situated across 3 dedicated floors of the hotel. Most of the meeting rooms have natural daylight with panoramic views across Paris. While the property features 6 food outlets including Fi’ila Paris, Umami Burger, and a stop-and-go cafe that’s open until late, the jewel in this hotel’s crown is the rooftop bar, Skybar Paris, with iconic views across the city and the only place you will see the Eiffel Tower from the hotel. This flagship hotel of the Pullman brand is a great 4-star conference hotel, perfect for medium to large groups.

This stylish, boutique London hotel is a hidden gem with fresh decor and a modern take on the Art Deco style.
