This brand new hotel opened in May 2023, located right where the Chicago River meets Lake Michigan with easy access to Chicago’s hottest tourist spots including Magnificent Mile, Navy Pier, and Millennium Parks. The St. Regis Chicago features 192 guestrooms and 10,495 square feet of meeting space. The hotel also features two elegant dining options for Japanese and Italian food. The St. Regis experience continues with Butler service for all guestrooms. This property is also pet friendly and has a Bark in the Park pet package.

Opening in Fall 2023, The Conrad Orlando will have 433 rooms and suites along with a spa, water garden, numerous dining offerings, and nearly 40,000 square feet of indoor event space. The hotel is within close proximity to two Jack Nicklaus designed golf courses, aquatic activities, beaches, and of course, Walt Disney World Resort and Universal Orlando. The Conrad Orlando will feature an eight-acre crystalline lagoon and have five restaurants and lounges. They will also provide a complimentary motor coach to/from Disney which is less than three miles away.

1 Hotel San Francisco is a sustainable sanctuary. All of the interiors and furnishings are made using local and reclaimed materials including redwood lumber from the former San Francisco Bridge. Each floor is equipped with filtered water taps and there are recycled wine-into-water bottles in every room as the Hotel prides itself on having no single-use plastics. The Ranch Hudson Valley plans to open in March 2024. The three-floor, 40,000 square foot property will host 25 rooms, along with a spa, dining room, yoga and meditation facility, plunge pool, Jacuzzi, and a solarium. Staying true to the brand, guests will dine exclusively on plant-based fare featuring organic ingredients harvested on-site or supplied by local farms. Located 45 minutes from NYC, this hotel is ideal for corporate retreats, senior-level meetings, and property takeovers. Note: The hotel has a minimum night stay based on preferred patterns, ideally 3 or 4 night minimums.

This stunning property will be opened for groups come early 2026. There will be 800 guestrooms and over 80,000 square feet of indoor meeting space, and an additional 40,000 square feet of outdoor space. The largest ballroom is planned to be just over 30,000 square feet. They will have direct access to a six-acre event plaza featuring three additional restaurants, high-end shopping, a performance amphitheater, charter boat docking, and beautiful promenade. The Omni Fort Lauderdale plans to have six onsite dining destinations for their guests

This Hotel is no stranger to history and luxury. The Surf Club was first opened in 1930 and housed many famous guests such as Winston Churchill, Elizabeth Taylor, and Frank Sinatra. While the Surf Club closed its doors in 2013 – it reopened as the Four Seasons Hotel at The Surf Club. Many of the original structures are still in place. This beautiful property has 103 guestrooms and a little over 7,800 square feet of flexible meeting space. While the meeting space is smaller than some of the other iconic Miami properties, many of their bedroom suites can be used as executive meeting space including their outdoor space in the penthouse terrace. The Four Seasons Hotel at The Surf Club has a lavish spa, two oceanfront pools, and their own private beach.

1 Hotel Toronto opened in 2021 and has completely revamped the aesthetic. Inspired by the city’s diverse natural environment, 1 Hotel Toronto reuses existing structural and reclaimed materials gathered from the local community throughout the hotel. Centrally located near the trendy Queens Street West district, the hotel has 112 guest rooms, over 11,000 square feet of functional events space (indoor and outdoor), and five dining outlets including Casa Madera which is ranked #1 in many restaurant reviews in Toronto and can be privatized for events.

RT60 Rooftop Bar & Lounge is set 34 floors high in the heart of Midtown Manhattan with direct access from street level. This rooftop is part of Hard Rock Hotel New York. RT60 spans the entire floor and is glass-enclosed. This music-infused space offers a main bar with lounge seating and a seamless flow to the outdoors for electric city views across two expansive terraces. RT60 can be broken down to a few different groups if you are not looking solely for a full buyout (North and South Terraces, VIP lounge and Indoor Bar). Total square feet is just over 3000 and can fit 155 comfortably for a reception for a full buyout.

Rosewood Mayakoba has 55,065 square feet of meeting space with plenty of outdoor space options, indoor space for groups of around 100, and outdoor spaces can accommodate more. This resort is perfect for any incentive programs, wellness-focused programs or retreats as they offer numerous activities (snorkel, water sports, cooking classes, etc.).

The Ritz Carlton Amelia Island is located on a secluded barrier island in Florida and recently went through a full renovation to enhance the coastal luxuries and add to its authentic charm. The hotel has 446 guestrooms. Each luxury category room features a private balcony and ocean view while their suites offer larger living rooms, marble bathrooms, standalone tubs, and direct water views. The Ritz Carlton Amelia Island has just under 45,000 square feet of meeting space which would be great for both large and small groups. They have two large ballrooms, their largest (Ritz Carlton Ballroom) being 13,348 square feet and large enough to accommodate 1,430 in theatre and the second (Talbot Ballroom) being 11,076 square feet and large enough for 1,280 in theatre.
